What rights will people have when forced to leave their homes due to rising sealevels and increased strength of natural disasters? Currently these people do not have the right to apply for asylum doe to no longer being able to live in their home country. In this episode we discuss this problema and how human rights are threatened by the climate change and how this can be used by private individuals to demand stronger actions by their governments. We also discuss the active legal cases based which are currently using this approach to demand action.
